Looking like a car again...

Steady progress over the last 2 months with the gearbox coming back from Hardy Engineering resulting a big jump forward in the car looking more like...well a car again. Drive train in, all the bits on. Finally able to fit the catch tank and Sebring Pedal box Pete at Brookfab has made for me and its all looking lovely. Custom dash extension to hide the upgraded electrics (relays and modern fuses) as well as battery and fuel cut offs. Lots of space for future upgrades with tripmasters, spot and fog switches etc.

Just need to finish the final wet and dry 1200, 1500 and compounding of the bonnet and then its time for fluids and turning the key! Carpet set and rear hardura set are on order to complete.

This Winter there is still a list of jobs as long as my arm to continue the upgrades but at least she'll be road worthy again soon I hope. Just need to refurb the DHMC hardtop, make some sidescreens, get some H4 carbs, think about a camshaft change...etc etc etc. On and on she goes. Snapped up some Riley 1.5 rear brakes and the correct Sebring 5/8th rear wheel cylinders. Just need to find some vauxhall ATE calipers for the front now....maybe in the next decade.
